Precautions for Correct Use
 The DB Connection Service is executed as a system service.
Therefore, the execution time of each processing may require time if the startup processing of
the DB Connection Service and other system service processing are executed at the same
time.
 The guidelines for the system service execution time ratio depend on the models. Therefore,
the measurement condition of the task execution time ratio varies depending on the models.
