Set the Damping Filter Selection (3213 hex).
Damping filters 1 to 4 can be switched according to the conditions of the machine vibration.
*1 The set value 1 and 2 are reserved for system use. Users are not allowed to set 1 and 2 for this
object.
*2 The table below shows the damping filter you can switch to based on the command direction.
(3: Enabled/–: Disabled)

0 Up to two filters, Damping Filter 1 and Damping Filter 2, can be
used simultaneously.
