EtherCAT Status Indicators
Check the status of the status indicators. 
If the RUN indicator will not turn ON or the ERR indicator will not turn OFF, refer to Status
Indicators on page 5-2 and check the status.

*1 : “      ”  will flash when a Safety Input Error (Error No. 30.0) occurs. 
       “       ” does not flash on the display.
Warning occurs. Warning cleared.
