This flag indicates the receive status of a
local Unit (Board or Unit) during RECV when
Xon/Xoff flow control is set in the transmis-
sion control parameters.
1: Local Unit receive busy (Reception is dis-
abled because the reception buffer is
more than 4/5 (= 2 Kbytes) full.)
0: Local Unit receive wait (Reception is
enabled because the reception buffer is
less than 1/5 (= 0.5 Kbytes) full.)
This bit is cleared when the power is turned
ON, at port restart by the STUP(237) instruc-
tion or by the Port 1 or Port 2 Port Settings
Change Bit (Auxiliary Area), or when the
next sequence is started.
