lets

record
continuously
on
both
sides
of
a
tape.
A
sensor
detects
the
leader
tape
at
the
end
of
the
reel
and
the
tape
immediately
switches
direction.
Since

gap
between
tape
sides
is
hardly
noticeable,
you
can
use
a
tape
over
its
entire
length,
not
as
two
separate
sides—
great
for
long
pieces
and
live
recording.

Pro
The
K-200R
features
the
Dolby
HX
Pro
headroom
expansion
system.
It
monitors
the
audio
signal
and
lowers
the
bias
current
to
compensate
for
the
‘‘self
biasing”
which
occurs
during
high
frequency
signal
peaks.
Since
it
only
operates
during
recording,
you
can
play
back
tapes
recorded
using
HX
Pro
(and
enjoy
improved
sound)
even
on
decks
not
equipped
with
the
system.
HX
Pro
works
with
both
Dolby
B
and
C
NR.

Automatic
Recording
Level
Adjustment
Turn
the
AUTO
LEVEL
function
on
and
the
K-200R
will
adjust
the
recording
level
automatically.
This
function
can
be
used
together
with
synchro
recording
when
copying
from
CD
to
cassette.
