ã Operation procedure
1) Fill in hydraulic unit tank with V46 oil. Hydraulic unit is calibra-
ted at about 120 bar.
2) Connect hydraulic pipes respecting colour code (which is
shown on cables of solenoid valves connection on electronic unit,
too).
3) Connect electronic unit and engine as per relevant diagram.
4) Check batteries status.
5) Provide with energy.
6) Green led light on pushbutton panel will immediately switch on
and will switch off after 2 minutes inactivity. To switch pushbutton
panel on again, press the OFF and LIGHT buttons together for 3
seconds.
ã Procedura per la messa in servizio
1) Riempire il serbatoio della centralina idraulica con olio V46. La
centralina idraulica è tarata a 120 bar circa.
2) Collegare i tubi idraulici rispettando il codice colore che si trova
anche sui cavi della connessione elettrovalvole della centralina
elettronica.
3) Collegare l’elettronica e il motore seguendo lo schema relativo.
4) Controllare lo stato delle batterie.
5) Fornire corrente.
6) Il led verde sulla pulsantiera si accenderà immediatamente, e si
spegnerà dopo 2 minuti di inattività. Per attivare nuovamente la
pulsantiera, premere i due pulsanti OFF e LIGHT assieme per 3
secondi.
ã Function inversion on horizontal arrows
After push-button panel has been fixed onboard, in case arrow
indication does not correspond to real use, it is possible to invert
function of the two horizontal arrows proceeding as follows:
Make sure push-button panel is off, it can be switched off by pres-
sing off button. Make sure bottom led-light (relevant to lights) is off
too.
Press off button and button 4 together (button relevant to horizon-
tal arrow pointing towards off button) for a few seconds.
When you switch the electronic unit on again, controls relevant to
horizontal translation shall be inverted.
In case functions have to be inverted again, it is necessary to take
electricity away and than supply it again.
ã Inversione movimentazione frecce orizzontali
Qualora installata la pulsantiera a bordo, l’indicazione delle frecce
non corrisponda all’effettivo utilizzo, è possibile invertire la funzio-
ne delle due frecce orizzontali agendo nel modo seguente.
Assicurarsi che la pulsantiera sia spenta, la pulsantiera si spegne
pigiando il tasto off. Verificare che sia spento anche il led luci.
Premere contemporaneamente i tasti off e il tasto 4 (relativo alla
freccia orizzontale con direzione verso il tasto off) per qualche
secondo.
Riaccendendo l’elettronica, i comandi relativi alla traslazione oriz-
zontali saranno invertiti.
Nel caso in cui si debba invertire nuovamente la funzione, è neces-
sario togliere e successivamente ripristinare l’alimentazione.
