Warning Lights
Your vehicle has a number of warning lights.
The warning lights go on when teher may be or there is
a problem with one of your vehicle’s functions. Some
warning lights come on briefly when you turn the
ignition key on just to let you know they’re
working properly.
Charging System Light
This light will come on
briefly when you turn on the
ignition, but the engine is
not running, as a check to
show you it is working.
If it stays on, or comes on while you are driving, you
may have a problem with the electrical charging system.
Have it checked right away.
If you must drive a short distance with the light on, turn
off all accessories, such as the radio and air conditioner.
