Vehicle Storage
If you’re not going to drive your vehicle for 25 days or
more, take off the black, negative (-) cable from the
battery. This will help keep your battery from running
down.
Contact your dealer to learn how to prepare your
vehicle for longer storage periods.
Air Cleaner Filter
Follow these instructions to change the air filter.
1. Remove the clamp from the fender to air intake.
In addtion, remove the clamp from the air duct to
the engine.
2. Unsnap the air cleaner clips that hold the two
assembly halves together.
3. Unsnap the band that holds the air cleaner
assembly to the vehicle.
4. Lift off the top half of the air cleaner.
5. Remove the filter element.
6. Clean any dirt and debris from the bottom of the
housing.
7. Reverse Steps 1 through 5 to install a new air
filter.
