For repairs only use
faultless and suitable tools
only original parts or parts from series expressly authorised by Optimum Maschinen
Germany GmbH.
6.4 Replacing of the grinding disc
Unscrew the hexagon socket screw. The screw is unscrewed counter-clockwise (ordinary
right-handed thread).
Pull off the grinding disc from the shaft by hand. If it is not possible to pull off the grinding
disc by hand there is deposited grinding dust between the shaft and the hole of the grinding
disc which you can moisten with a bit of oil.
When mounting a new grinding disc please follow the sequence of parts illustrated on the
figure.
INFORMATION
The machine can be switched on only when the protective cover is fully closed. Ensure that the
micro switch is fully actuated when closing the protective cover.
