Calibrating
Your Monitor
IMPORTANT: If the LOT
number or calibration CODE
still does not match, contact
Customer Service.
Do not
attempt to monitor your blood
glucose or blood ß-Ketone.
Your monitor may show an
incorrect result.

Remove the calibrator from
the monitor and store it in
your monitor’s carrying case.
IMPORTANT: Do not throw
the calibrator away until you
have used all of the electrodes
in the box.
If you have any trouble
calibrating your system, please
contact Customer Service.
