PACKING DOWN YOUR OP15
1. Ensure all windows and skylights are closed and the table is tucked up against the soar area and all cargo is securely stowed.
Close all drawers and cupboards, and close and secure the bathroom door.
2. Stow and secure the TV in the interior mount, in travel mode.
3. Fold closed the main bed maress. Stow the addional cushions.
4. Pull out the securing pins for the front and rear liing mechanisms. Use the interior roof li bars at the front and rear of the
OP15 to pull the roof down. Slide the securing pins for the roof liing mechanism into place to secure the roof in the travel
posion
5. Press the circular buon on the le of the entry way to retract the electric step. Turn o the power and lights.
6. Disconnect from your 30ah connecon and grey and black water drainage if on-site camping.
7. Close, latch and lock the entry door, prep deck and fridge/ heater storage compartments as required.
8. Ensure your kitchen sink is fully drained, close o your grey water carrier and stow it. Route your sink drainage hose back into
the slide-out kitchen.
9. Turn o your propane at the tank. Disconnect your water and gas quick connects. Make sure the valves on the side of the
OPUS are turned and retracted to the o posion. Replace the dust covers as required. Stow the water hoses and retract the
gas hose fully into the kitchen aperture.
10. Retract and stow the support leg, close down the stove lid, disconnect the light from the 12v outlet. Retract the spring bolts
and slide your kitchen into the travel locaon. Lock the securing pins into place. Close the compartment door and lock.
11. At the rear of the trailer, un-hook the latch clamps on the rear panel and slide open the two locking pins. Use the handle to
push the rear end wall panel down into travel mode.
12. Carefully raise the bed panel into the vercal posion and slide the securing latches into place to the secure the panel for
travel. WARNING! This panel is heavy especially considering the angle and reach required to hold it. We recommend two
people complete this stage of the pack-down together . One person should hold the panel while the other person engages the
catches. Failure to support the panel fully at this point could result in serious injury and damage to the trailer.
13. Using a helper to hold up the roof panel, close both side panels through 90 degrees then pull and turn the spring bolt handle to
secure the side panels in place. WARNING! The roof panel will not stay in place once the side panels are closed. Please enlist a
helper to prevent injury.
14. Fold the roof panel down and secure the push-buon securing locks.
15. Fold the spare re bracket up and secure the red-handled latches. Screw in the securing bolts
16. Latch down the four roof securing latches. Make sure they are ght when closed and do not move.
17. Retract and fold up your corner steadies.
18. Hitch up your trailer. Lower the tongue jack to assist in joining the vehicle side hitch to your trailer side hitch. Once connected,
fold the jack up into travel mode. Make sure you lock the hitch in place.
19. Connect your breakaway cable, security chains and 7-pin cable. Complete your towing pre-journey checks.
20. Final check that all doors, panels and the roof are secure and locked and everything is disconnected from campsite hookups.
21. Always remember to disengage the e-brake before travel!
