Troubleshoot: Leak in the system. Idenfy leaking ng and aempt to ghten the ng (usually hand-ght should be sucient
without the need for a wrench which could potenally over-ghten and damage the system. If sll leaking, disconnect and check
for debris or degrading within the ng.
Issue: Water pump running but no water at faucets
Troubleshoot: No water in tanks? Check for faulty sensor that could be misleading you to think that there is water in the tanks.
Possibly the sensor needs cleaning or replacing.
Check the tank selector valve is directed at the correct tank (or both tanks are chosen). See page 18.
Propane System
Issue: Stove top wont stay ignited.
Troubleshoot: Press and hold the ignion/ dial for 10 seconds to overcome the safety thermocouple.
Consider the outside temperature; cold weather can cause the BTU of propane to drop. This can impact overall performance of the

Trailer breaks
Your electric drum breaks require a break-in period to achieve full and proper performance. This applies when you rst receive
your new OP15 then aer new parts are installed as part of your maintenance schedule. Your OP15 brakes should be adjusted
aer the rst 200 miles then every 3000 miles aer that. We highly recommend that all break adjustments, maintenance and
servicing is carried out by a qualied technician at your OPUS dealership.
CAUTION! You may need to adjust your brakes more frequently dependent on variaons in cargo weights.
Suspension, Wheel and Hitch Bolts
Aer your rst 50 miles then 500 miles aer that please check the suspension bolts, wheel nuts
and hitch bolts to ensure that they have maintained their ghtness. This check should be
completed with a torque wrench to 100  lbs. When ghtening wheel nut lugs, please ghten
bolts in a star-paern order as indicated in the diagram to the right. Aer that, check your bolts
every 2000 miles and always before an extended trp.
Potable Water Tank
Please be sure to ush and sanize your potable water tank before rst use.
