2) Operating the controls for mowing

Confirm that the area around you is safe before driving the machine.
― Exercise sufficient caution when operating the machine on soft ground. If driving the machine
alongside ditches or the edges of paths, there is a danger that the weight of
the machine could cause the ground to collapse.

DO NOT operate the machine on slopes of more than 15°. There is a danger of the machine
rolling over or running out of control.
■Preparing to mow

Attach/Remove the Grass bag

During normal use, the grass bag material is subject to deterioration and wear.

Frequently inspect the grass bag for tears, holes, and excessive wear.
●
Check for necessary replacement. Make sure the new bag meets the original specifications.
Set all four Adjustment Levers to the
same height.

Attach:
Hang the hook of the bag frame on the
edge of the deck. Make sure it is stable.
Pull the Adjustment Lever toward the
wheel, then choose your desired position.

Remove:
Pull up the Discharge guard. Hold the bag
frame then remove it from above. Return
the Discharge guard to its original position.
