Folddoorawayfromthepowerheadandliftitaway.
Removethebeltfromthemotordriveshaftandbrushrollpulley.
Loopthenewbeltoverthebrushrollpulley.Placetheoppositeendofthebeltonthemotordriveshaft.
Replacethedoorbyplacingthebottomtabondoorintoslotslocatedinsidepowerheadandpressingthe
door closed.
Replace the phillips head screw and tighten.

Lubrication
Thevacuumcleanermotorbearingsarefactorylubricatedandsealed.Furtherlubricationisnotrequired.

Wood Floors, Soft (Vinyl, Asphalt Tile, etc.) Floor Surfaces and Polished Floor Finishes
Usefloorandfloorfinishmanufacturer’srecommendedmethodsofcleaning.The
rollerbrushmayalsoscuffverysoftfinishes.Donotoperatetheunitwhileinthe
upright and locked position. Do not let the unit run while in any one stationary posi-
tionforanyperiodoftime.Keeptheunitmovingwhileinoperation.
Note:Atleastonceamonth,checkforandremoveexcessivelint,stringorhairfrom
revolvingbrush.
Wipetheoutsideofthecleanerwithadampcloth.Alsocleantheconnectordeflector
assemblyarea,baseofcleanerandfanhousingarea.Ifthereisdustintheouterbag,
vacuumitorshakeitout.
Alittlepreventativemaintenancewillkeepyourcleanerlookingnewandwillensure
continuedcleaningeffectiveness.
