Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uCozy 3D Plus, please
check the following points to see if they can be rectified. If the uCozy 3D Plus
still malfunctions or does not work, please turn off the uCozy 3D Plus and
remove the power adapter from the electrical outlet. Contact OSIM Service
Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uCozy 3D Plus yourself.
Doing so will void the warranty and OSIM will not bear any
responsibility for any subsequent consequences.

Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
uCozy 3D Plus again.
• Ensure that the power adapter is securely
connected to the electrical outlet.
• Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
• Check that the voltage at the electrical
outlet is adequate.
Problem Possible causes / actions
• The uCozy 3D Plus will
not start.
• The massage stops
midway.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the
battery before attempting to use the
uCozy 3D Plus again.
• Check that the adapter jack has not been
disconnected from the uCozy 3D Plus.
• The auto timer of 20 minutes may have
lapsed.
• The overheat protection device may have
been activated. Turn off the main switch
and allow the uCozy 3D Plus to cool down
for at least 60 minutes before using it
again.
