If you encounter problems with the operation of the uCrown Smart, please check the following
points to see if they can be rectify. If the uCrown Smart still malfunctions or does not work, please
turn off the uCrown Smart. Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uCrown Smart yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not bear the responsibility for any subsequent consequences.

Troubleshooting
The auto timer function of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
The Power button [ ] was pressed accidentally.
If the uCrown Smart stops due to overheating, wait at
least 1 hour before attempting to use it again.
The sound is the result of the mechanical structure
and is not a malfunction.
Check the battery level and charge the uCrown Smart
if battery level is low.
Ensure that the uCrown Smart is not in charging mode.
Ensure that only the USB cable provided is in use.
Ensure that the voltage and current of the power
source is adequate.
The internal safety device may have been activated
due to incorrect voltage. Contact OSIM Service Center
for servicing.
The uCrown Smart will not
start.
The uCrown Smart will not
charge.
Motor sound during operation.
