Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uSqueez 2 Smart, please check the
following points to see if they can be rectified. If the uSqueez 2 Smart still malfunctions or
does not work, please turn off the uSqueez 2 Smart and remove the power plug from the
electrical outlet. Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uSqueez 2 Smart yourself. Doing so will
void the warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent
consequences.
• Motor sound during operation.
Problem Possible causes / action
• The sound is the result of the mechanical
structure in operation and not a malfunction.
• The massage stops midway. • Auto timer for massage duration has lapsed.
• The ‘Stop’
button

on the control panel
was pressed accidentally.
• The overheat protection device may have
been activated. Turn off the main switch and
allow the uSqueez 2 Smart to cool down at
least 30 minutes before using it again.

• The uSqueez 2 Smart will not start. • Ensure that the power plug is firmly
connected to the electrical outlet.
• Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
• The overheat protection device may have
been activated. Turn off the main switch and
allow the uSqueez 2 Smart to cool down for at
least 30 minutes before using it again.
• The uSqueez 2 Smart Standby LED did
not light up.
• The Standby LED does not light up when
product is plugged in and turned on, but not
in operation. This is normal.
