TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom Problem Solution
Cylinder takes a long time to Hydraulic oil contamination or Turn needle valve (See page 24 item 8.)
build pressure. (High-speed debris blockage does not allow counterclockwise to open all the way

Watch plunger, in order for it to build
pressure it must be all the way up.
(The same height as the opposite side.)
Cylinder only builds 400-600 psi Will it build 2,400 – 2,600 psi by
going down. manually running the cylinders to the
top?
Bad cylinder relief or regen If it will build pressure up, it may be
manifold. a bad cylinder relief or regen manifold.
(See page 13, item 14 for normal speed
and page 24 for the high speed crusher.)
Bad valve relief or hydraulic If it will not build pressure up, it may be
pump. a bad valve relief or a pump problem.
(See pages 13-16, item 5.)
To check relief spool, take pressure off
of system and remove with a 1¼ inch
wrench. Check plunger and o-rings.
The red automation transmitter Low charge or dead battery. Replace or charge battery.
light blinks or goes dead. (See Automation Manual.)
The automation transmitter Automation system may have Make sure that both the receiver and
