TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom Problem Solution
Lid “tops out” cylinder on the Lid is missing micro switch arm. Adjust arm – side to side, up and
up stroke and the crusher down or rotate arm. (See page 32.)
continues to build pressure.
(Diesel engine will stay on Lid hits switch but does not stop. Check arm operation & electrical

Pressure switch setting too high. Decrease pressure by turning switch
adjustment counterclockwise. (See

Switch is plugged or stuck. Check and clean pressure switch and
snubber filter while tapping them to
loosen debris.
Light on the white automation Pressure switch setting too low. Increase pressure by turning switch
control box stays on all the time. adjustment clockwise. (See page10.)

Wire harness or receiver is faulty. Swap the two pin electrical connections
going to the left and right switches. If
the same light remains on replace
receiver. (See page 18.)
