Once the Main Shaft is secured, adjust the Main Gear mesh and lock
the Motor Mount. The Pinion and Main Gear must have a little play.
Don’t use the paper system to set the mesh, as there will be too much
play. Adjust the mesh so there is only a very small amount of play.
Before tightening completely the Motor Mount, test the play all around
the Main Gear. e-adjust so the correct mesh is set at the tightest point.
To increase system efficiency the main gear must rotate freely
without binding.
Pull up Main Shaft
Install Main Shaft Lock Ring into Main Shaft.
