3.14.3 Prevent Specific Extensions from Using Specific C.O. Lines for Outgoing Calls
Format: 70MN1#
Explanation: Where M = C.O. line number (either 1, 2 or 3); N = Extension number (1-8)
Description: This prevents extension N from using C.O. line M for outgoing calls
Example: Prevent extension 608 from using C.O. line 2 for outgoing calls

3.14.4 Trunk Lines (C.O. Lines) Usage
Select how the system will choose an outgoing line for dialing out - circular or sequential.
Format: 0620# this is default.
The system will choose line1, then line 2, then line 3 in a circular order. This means it will give fair
usage to all lines in a uniform way.
Format: 0621#
The system will always choose the trunk line with the lowest number if it is available. (Line 1 is the
lowest number).
3.15 Change Extension Numbers
3.15.1 Assign Extension Numbers
Format: 9Nabcd#
Explanation: Where N = The extension number (1-8)
Where abcd = the new extension number consisting of between 1 and 4 digits; if the new extension
number is less than 4 digits fill in the gaps with #.
Description: Change existing extension numbers to new extension numbers “abcd”
Example: Change extension number 606 to 806:

1. In default the extension number range is 601-608
2. Extension numbers can be any number from 1-8999; do not duplicate any extensions numbers
3. Extension numbers cannot begin with a 0 or 9
4. The number of digits chosen for the new extension numbers must be consistent and sequential
throughout the range. If you change one you must change them all. You cannot have a mixture of
numbers with different length digits (e.g. 1 digit and 2 digit extension numbers)
