5.6 Changing Wireless Channel and RF Band
In order to operate in Virtual Cell mode, all of the WAPs in the group must have the same
values for the following settings:
Channel
RF Band: i.e., 802.11a, 802.11b/g
Channel Width
Virtual Cell must be On
If these settings are not all the same, clients will not be able to roam seamlessly.
Pakedge highly recommends not changing these settings unless absolutely necessary. If you
need to change them, you must do so for every AP on your network, and every future AP that
you install.
To change the settings, in the left menu bar, click Configuration | Wireless | Radio. The
following screen appears:
