requires a longer period of time to run.
1.
Click to stop the diagnosticcheck.
2. Click the icon for the hardware that is not to be checked, so that the icon is displayed in puffy (B).
When running a check on the memory or the flash memory, clicking the icon once will turn on the extended diagnostic check
("Full" (C) will be displayed below the icon); click again, and the icon will be displayed in puffy (D).

Click to start the diagnosticcheck.
n Only for the storage, touchpad and touchscreen you can select standard diagnostic check or extended diagnostic check.
When the PC-Diagnostic Utility starts up, it will run the standard diagnostic check.
7. When all the hardware has been checked, confirm the diagnostic check results.
If the display is red and the message TEST FAILED isdisplayed, you can assume that there is a problem with the computer's hardware. Con-
firm which hardware component is displayed as red, and contact Panasonic Technical Support.
If the display is green and the message TEST PASSED” isdisplayed, the computer's hardware isoperating normally. Continue using the com-
puter as it is. If the computer still does not operate properly, reinstallthe software ( Installing Software).
8.
After the diagnostic check is complete, click (close), or press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart the computer.
When the Icon Becomes Gray and the Corresponding Device Cannot Be Checked
The device is disabled in the Setup Utility:
Set the device to [Enabled] in the Setup Utility.
