6. Slide the hinge strap into position under the Main PCB. The PCB may be raised slightly to facilitate access, but take care
not damage the board-to-board flexi-strip. Ensure the board-to-board connector is still firmly located over the PCB
connector.
7. Fit the two screws saved during disassembly and tighten to 2.5kgf.
8. Check that the PHF cover and memo button are located correctly. Check that the vibrate motor / speaker holder is secure.
9. Snap the two lower case halves together and refit the four screws saved during disassembly. Tighten the screws to 2.5kgf.
10. Fit four new screw covers to the lower case back.
11. Refit the battery pack.
12. Replace the I/O Cover which is a push fit.

Check that the handset opens and closes with a positive ‘click’. Also check that the upper and lower case parts are aligned
correctly when the handset is in the closed position.
