j The background and the subject are similar in color
j The recording location is dark
j Bright light is detected (sky, TV, lamp, etc.)

j The area being recorded is close to a window
≥ Depending on recording conditions, scenes may not be recorded as intended. In such cases, we
recommend setting the mode to [Manual].
(About [Moving Object])
≥ When recording starts, a moving subject will be detected. Before recording, point the camera at
the subject.
≥ This unit cannot track more than one subject simultaneously.
≥ Certain types of subjects, such as a fast moving subject, may not be tracked.
When the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle is connected to this unit, the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle setup menu
can be set.
≥ Connecting the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle to this unit (l 202)
1 Touch [SETUP] in the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle Mode screen.
2 Touch desired menu item.
Set the left/right pan range of the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle for [Party Scene]/[Moving Object].
Set the up/down tilt range of the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle for [Party Scene]/[Moving Object].
Set the up/down operation speed of the Remote Pan Tilt Cradle.
Remote Pan Tilt Cradle settings
[Panning Angle]
[±180°]/[±90°]/[±45°]/[Stationary]
[±180°]: Pans to the left/right up to approx. 180 o.
[±90°]: Pans to the left/right up to approx. 90 o.
[±45°]: Pans to the left/right up to approx. 45 o.
[Stationary]: Panning to the left/right is off.
[Tilt Angle]
[±15°]/[Stationary]
[±15°]: Tilts up/down up to approx. 15 o.
[Stationary]: Tilting up/down is off.
[Tilt Speed]
[High]/[Normal]
