The user interface has the following features: display, preheat light indicators, keys for Commands, Cooking
Mode and Temperature Dials.

The Control Panels
Command Keys
[OPTIONS] Call the Low Temperature Modes or
to enter the Special Feature Menu (see page 26).
[TIME] "SET TIME", "TIMER", "TIME", "STOP
TIME" modes and to enter the Special Feature
Menu.
• SET TIME: Set or change the time of day.
• TIMER: Set, modify or clear the minute minder
value.
• TIME: When Cooking Mode has been
selected, set, modify or cancel the cooking or
cleaning time.
• STOP TIME: Set, modify or cancel the end of
cooking or cleaning time.
[DEC] For decrease the value and USER LOCK
setting and unlock.
[INC] For increase the value and USER LOCK /
CHILD LOCK setting and unlock.
[LIGHT] Switch the oven lights status.
[FAST PREHEAT] When PREHEAT is working
may preheat faster and CHILD LOCK setting and
unlock.
Display
A Mode Display: Show indications to indicate which
function has been selected. Indicate “MODE”
when OFF position.
B Central Display: Show time of day, minute
minder, automatic cooking. AM/PM indication
is also present. Miscellaneous indications are
also available to show whether any door has
been locked, automatically for Self-Cleaning or
manually by the user.
C Temperature Display: Degree unit ( °F or °C)
indication is present. It shows the temperature
set-point for the current cooking. Indicate “TEMP”
when PRESET position.
Dials
Cooking Mode Dial: Seven Cooking modes and
CLEAN + OFF position.
Temperature Dial: With PRESET and CLEAN
positions + continuous range between MIN and MAX
values.
