PE Diag compares actual hardware and setting file automatically at startup of PE Diag.
This is specifications check.
If actual hardware and setting file is the same, it shows mark.
If actual hardware and setting file is not the same, it shows mark.
If it shows mark, you have to check whether setting file is correct, or check whether actual
hardware is correct.
