out the documents in memory or erase
unnecessary messages (page 42).

L The other party’s fax machine is busy or has
run out of recording paper. Try again.

L Your TAD/FAX greeting message is not
recorded. Record a message (page 40).
L The voice guidance feature is turned OFF.

recorded greeting message will be used.
