Storing Caller List Information in the
Directory
You can store numbers that are in the Caller List in the directory
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode
I L ift the handset off the base unit and
press 3 or (3 to enter the Caller List
2 Press 3 or 3 repeatedly to find the
caller you want to store in the directory
Press EDIT®
•If the number requires editing, see page 43
3 Press 3 or ® to select “Save
directory”, and press EDIT 3) (Yes

If there is no name information for the
caller, “Enter name” will be
displayed.

•You cannot store caller information in the directory if a phone number is not
displayed
• If the display shows “Save error” or “No link to base Place on
cradle and try again ” in step 3, the item cannot be Stored in the directory
