Listening to messages
using the handset
When new messages have been recorded,
K is displayed on the handset with the total
number of new messages.
1 To listen to new messages:
1 (middle soft key) (323
To listen to all messages:
1 (middle soft key) (324
2 When finished, press {ic}.
Note:
L To switch to the receiver, press {C}.
Listening to messages from the
message list
You can select the item to play back.

2 {r}: Select the desired item from the
message list. s 0
L You can erase the selected message
as follows:
W s {r}: “Yes” s M
3 When finished, press {ic}.
Note:
L If the item has already been heard, “Q” is
displayed, even if it was heard using
another handset.
L “Message” is displayed in the message list
if the unit cannot receive caller information.
Operating the answering system
1 (middle soft key) s s s M
*1 If pressed within the first 5 seconds of a
message, the previous message is played
except when playing back from the
message list.
*2 When you play a message from the
message list, the unit stops message
playback and the display goes back to the
message list.
*3 To resume playback: {r}: “Play” s M
*4 You can also erase as follows:
W s {r}: “Yes” s M
Calling back (Caller ID
subscribers only)
If caller information is received for the call, you
can call the caller back while listening to a
message.
1 Press 1 during playback.
