In the Web user interface, check [Call Control] for each line in the [Telephone] tab and make sure that [Do Not Disturb] and [Unconditional (Enable Call Forward)] are set to [No]. If [Block Anonymous Call] is set to [Yes], the unit does not receive anonymous calls. Ensure that [Do Not Disturb], [Enable Call Forward], and [Block Anonymous Call] are not controlled by your phone system.
