The exhaust smells of
rubbish
Has the vacuum cleaner not been cleaned after inhaling smelly rubbish?
If you care about the odor during the re-operation, please remove the rubbish
and maintain the lters inside the dust bin (P. EN10 ~ EN13)

A click sound is heard
when shaking the nozzle
This is the sound produced by the internal parts (rollers and levers) of the
rolling switch and is not abnormal.
After the dust bin is
installed, the operating
sound becomes louder
Is the dust bin installed correctly? (P. EN10 ~ EN11)
During vacuuming, the
operating sound changes
In the automatic mode, the vacuum cleaner automatically adjusts the suction
power according to the amount of the rubbish and causes the operating sound
to uctuate. It is not abnormal.
Are the extension wand, nozzle, dust bin (including each lter), pre lter
blocked?
Perform maintenance (P. EN10 ~ EN13)

In the following cases, the dust sensor lamp may stay lit and will not go out. It
is not abnormal.
When vacuuming a new carpet, etc. (because of the loose fuzz of it)
When vacuuming bedding such as quilts, blankets, etc. (There may be
much keratin, dander, mite, etc.)
After vacuuming, debris such as loose fuzz, keratin, dander, mite, etc. will
gradually decrease, and the lamp will slowly extinguish

ashing at the same time
If the lamps are turned on at the same time, the temperature is abnormal.
Wait 5 to 30 minutes and check if the protection device is activated (P. EN14)
When they ash at the same time, the dust bin, nozzle, extension wand, and air
passageway may be blocked.
Remove obstructions (P. EN10 ~ EN13)
When they are ashing quickly at the same time, please refer to the steps on
Page 7. If there are still problems, please consult with the original dealer for
repair.
If there is still a problem
after checking
Do not repair yourself, and please take this product (body, extension wand,
oor nozzle, AC adapter etc.), together with product warranty registration card
to the original purchase store.
