It is the calcium from the water.
There is no problem if you drink the water, but if it bothers you, clean
the containers concerned. If the white powder is not removed by
cleaning, obtain some citric acid from a pharmacy, mix 50 g with 1 liter
of water, leave to soak in the containers for 2 or 3 days, and then rinse
the deposit off.
