Odor, taste, cloudiness, or
discoloring
The unpleasant
smell, taste or
impurities cannot be
removed.

Thepuriedwater
looks like it is
sparkling.
⿟This is caused by substances dissolved in the water (mainly
minerals) being separated out.
→There is no problem using the product.

Turns off suddenly/
Nothing is
displayed.
⿟Is the battery at? (P. EN16)
⿟The display turns off automatically when not in use to prevent the
battery going at. (P. EN29)
The cartridge
replacement
guideline is
displayed when the
water is running.
⿟Is the ow rate too low? (less than approx. 0.6 liter/min)
→The ow rate may have decreased due to a change in water
pressure.
Run the water with higher ow rate.
The “U26” code is
not cleared even
after the cartridge is
replaced.
