Error
Beep sounds, with a character U or H and number displayed
alternately.
Unable to drain
water
Check the water-drain hose for any of
the following problems.
• Is the water-drain hose clogged?
• Is the hose immersed in water?
• Is the water-drain hose higher than 1 m?
• Is the water frozen?
• Is the water-drain filter clogged?

Door is not closed
• Is the door opened? → Close the door.
Unable to spin dry
• When the laundry is too much
→ Unravel the tangled laundry.
• When the laundry is too little
→ Add 1–2 bath towels.
• When large items including blanket are
too many
→ Decrease some large items.
• Is the appliance body shaking or is it
placed on a tilt floor surface?
Unable to supply
water
• Is the water tap opened?
• Are the tap water pie and water-supply
hose frozen?
• Is the water supply disrupted?
• Is there dirt on the filter in
water-supply valve?

• When a sign with H, such as H01, appears, beep does not sound.
Disconnect the mains plug, and contact a service agent of our company.
