What to do if the door of my Panasonic Washer doesn't open?
    • J
      jenniferbrownAug 20, 2025
The door may not open for several reasons. It could be locked because an operation is in progress. The Child Lock may be activated. The temperature inside the drum may be very high, or the water level might be too high. In the latter two cases, switch the appliance off and on again, then run the Spin operation. If you switch off the appliance or there is a power cut while the door is locked, it remains locked until the power is turned on again.

Why is there no water going into my Panasonic NA-128VG6?
    • B
      ballardbrendaAug 22, 2025
There might be several reasons why water isn't entering the appliance. The tap may be turned off, the water supply could be disrupted, or the water supply hose may be frozen.

What to do if the water supply to my Panasonic Washer is disrupted?
    • T
      Terry JordanAug 25, 2025
If the water supply is disrupted, disconnect the water supply hose, run the tap until the water is no longer discoloured, and then reconnect the water supply hose.

    Tamara BonillaAug 26, 2025
Why is water draining out during a wash cycle in my Panasonic NA-128VG6 Washer?
    • T
      tkleinAug 26, 2025
If there's excess foam, the washer drains water and adds fresh water to remove it. This is the foam detection function. Also, even if water is directly supplied to the drum, it may drain away without building up.
  • D
    David LopezAug 28, 2025
Why are the buttons on my Panasonic NA-128VG6 not working?
    • J
      John FoxAug 28, 2025
The buttons may not work because settings cannot be changed while a wash cycle is in progress; only the spin speed and “Extra Rinse” settings can be adjusted when the process is paused. Also, the Child Lock may be activated.
  • M
    mflemingAug 29, 2025
Why is there an unusual noise or vibration coming from my Panasonic NA-128VG6 Washer?
    • R
      Rachel LoveAug 30, 2025
An unusual noise or vibration could be caused by a metal item inside the drum or because the anchor bolts have not been removed.
  • M

What happens if there is a power cut during operation of my Panasonic NA-128VG6 Washer?
    • J
      John GomezAug 31, 2025

What should I do if the circuit breaker trips during operation of my Panasonic NA-128VG6 Washer?
    • J
      Jessica ScottSep 2, 2025
If the circuit breaker trips, identify and resolve the cause, then reset the breaker. The washer will automatically resume operation from where it stopped when the power is recovered.
  • S
    Samuel FloresSep 4, 2025
Why is there not enough or too much foam in my Panasonic Washer?
    • P
      Priscilla BrewerSep 4, 2025
The amount of foam can vary depending on the water's temperature, level, and softness. Also, powdered detergent may have been put directly into the drum instead of the detergent drawer.
  • K
    kevinchristensenSep 6, 2025
Why does rinsing begin before the spin process finishes in my Panasonic Washer?
    • S
      sbradySep 6, 2025
Rinsing might start early if the appliance detects an unbalanced load and begins rinsing to correct it. Also, if excess foam remains after washing, the water is drained and refilled to wash the foam away.
