7. Disassembly Instructions
7.1 Warning
Beforeattemptingtoservicesoradjustanypartofthemachine,disconnecttheelectrical
powersupplyfromtheoutlet.
ElectroniccomponentsoftheprintcircuitboardisMOSFETTYPE.Whenreplaceand
troubleshootingtheprintcircuitboard,makesurebodyisgroundedbeforebeginningthe
repairwork.But,incasecannotground,touchtotheplugandearthwire,andremovethe
potentialdifferencebetweenthesetandbodyoftheworkercompletely.
7.1 Caution
7.3 The DISPLAY PCB, POWER PCB replacement
1.Removethe2screwsmountingthePANELA,thenremovethePANELA.
2.Remove2screwsmountingcontrolpanel,openlid,thenpulloutthepanel.
• POWERPCBreplacement
a. Remove2screwsmountingFIREPROVECOVER.
b. Removeallconnectors,removePOWERPCBwithPCBcase.
• DISPLAYPCBreplacement
a. Remove4screwsmountingPCBcase,removethecase,andyouwillfinddisplayPCB.
b. Removetheconnectorand9screwsmountingthedisplayPCBoard,removePCB.
