Manually
TO achieve special creative effects or to cope with speciai
lighting situations, you can
adjust the iris
(F
number)
manually.
1
Set the Mode Selector Switch
to
[MNL].
The [MNL] Indication appears.

Press
the [PUSH] Dia1 twice.
The
[,F]
lndication appears.
You can
change between the Iris (F Number)
Indication and the
Shutter Speed Indication by
repeatedly pressing the [PUSH]
Dial.

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to adjust the iris.

the Normal Iris Value

Number)
Press the
[PUSH]
Dial one time to make the

F]
Indication disappear. Or set the Mode Selector Switch to
[AUTO].
elncreasing the Gain-up value als0 increases the
oraininess of the oicture.
.Manuai~y adjustini the shutter speed atter peitorming
manual iris adjustment changes the iris back to
automatic adjustment. Therefore,
il
you want to adjust
both the shutter speed and iris manually. be sure to
adiust the shutter speed tirst.
