Timer Recording
Your VCR can be set up to do a recording
while you are away or otherwise occupied.
Up to 8 programs can be placed in
memory. You can choose to record one
time, daily, or weekly.

E] TV and VCR are plugged in and turned on.
LI VCR/TV selector is set to “VCR.”
C] Clock is set to correct time.

Push PROG to display

If you want the program to be recorded daily
(Mon thru Fri) , enter DAILY in place of the
DATE in step 2. If you want the recording to
be on a weekly basis, enter WEEKLY MON,
TUE, etc..

To Make Corrections
Remaining Items
to be set:
* START time
» STOP time
* CH(annel) number,
or LINE for outside
source recording.
* Speed (SP, LP, SLP).
Repeatedly push the Wheel to move forward, or the CLEAR button to
move back to the desired item. Then, select and set continue with step 3.
Push PROG to end
the program.
» If you want to enter more
programs, select a blank
program number with Wheel
and repeat steps 2 and 3.

Multi Function display
If the cassette record tab is missing at the time the VCR power is turned OFF, the tape ejects and
the TIMER indicator flashes.
if the start times of two programs overlap, the lower numbered program will have priority.
If the start time for a timer recording comes up during a normal recording or One Touch Recording (page 15),
the timer recording will not be performed.
if there is a power interruption of more than one minute, the recording will not be performed or continue.
lf “PROGRAM IS INCOMPLETE’ appears on-screen in step 4, check all entries and make necessary corrections .
