Four-Speed Power Zoom
You can gradually zoom in for close ups
or zoom out for wide angle shots.
The zooming speed ranges from a slow
speed of 16 seconds to a fast 2 seconds
according to the pressure applied to the
zoom buttons.
Use when recording a subject that is
darker than the surrounding scene, in a
shadowed area or when the light source is
in the back of your subject.
Select a level that makes the subject
appear clearly in the EVF.
Before you begin...
« Connect the Camcorder to a power source.
+ Set the POWER switch to CAMERA.
Zoom In (“T”)
Zoom Out (“W”)
Zoom slowly by lightly pressing the “T”
(Telephoto) or the “W” (Wide Angle) side
of the POWER ZOOM switch.
Zoom quickly by applying more pressure.
* The magnification level is displayed in the
EVF.
Before you begin...
+ Connect the Camcorder to a power source.
« Set the POWER switch to CAMERA.
There are three levels of backlight
compensation. Press the BACKLIGHT
button to obtain the desired level while
recording.
When lighting conditions are normal,
press the BACKLIGHT button until the
indicator disappears in the EVF.
