Setting up
Installation mode
The installation modes of the projector are as follows. Set the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [PROJECTION
METHOD] (x page 126) depending on the installation mode.
f For the portrait setting, use the optional Replacement lamp unit (for portrait mode) (Model No.: ET-LAD520P
(1 pc), ET-LAD520PF (4 pcs)). (Only for PT-DZ21K2, PT-DS20K2, PT-DW17K2)
The PT-DZ16K2 cannot be used with the portrait installation.

f In the portrait setting, the on-screen menu is displayed sideways.
To display the on-screen menu in portrait, go to the [DISPLAY OPTION] menu → [ON-SCREEN DISPLAY] (x page 119) and change the
[OSD ROTATION] setting.
