Off Key or the Display
Select
Key.

clock time
display
will appear.

the
Standby
Set Key.

standby indicator
will
begin flashing
and the
clock time will
be
displayed.

set the
standby time
before, it will
be
displayed.)

Press
the Number
Keys
to
enter the
number
of
the standby
time.

the Enter
Key.
oThe
clock time
display will
be
returned
and the
standby indicator
will
stop

standby
time is

the re-setling

Notes:
.After
pressing
the Standby
Set
Key,
or
between
pressing
one Number Key
and
the next,
if more than
about 10 seconds
is
allowed
to elapse, a return is made to
the display
of the
clock time shown
before
pressing
the
Standby
Set
Key.
.Even
if the Hold Switch is
set on
when
the
standby
time
has
come and the radio
is turned on.
the
radio
will
be turned off
in
90
minutes. And even if the Hold Switch
is set on before
the standby time
comes,
the radio
will
be
turned
on at the standby
time and
turned off
in
90 minutes auto-
matically.
However the
Hold Function
operates
both during
radio-on and
after automatic
radio-off .

When the Standby
time has
come
.When
the standby time
coincides with
the
clock time
(normal
or dual)
being displayed,
the radio will be turned
on. Then,
the Sleep
lndicator will
begin
flashing.
.After
90 minutes
from
the
standby
time,
the
radio will be turned
off. The
Sleep lndicator
will disappear.
.To
cancel
the
standby
operation
When
you
want to
continue
to listen,
press
the Power On Key.
When
you
want
to turn
off the radio,
press
the Power
Off
Key.
