Choose a level between 1 (dim) and 5 (bright).
The factory setting is LEVEL 2.
(_) Press and hold [A] and [B] at the same time to
enter the setting mode.
(_) Press [A] to select "DIMMER"•
(_) Turn [INPUT SELECTOR] to select "LEVEL 1",
"LEVEL 2", "LEVEL 3", "LEVEL 4" or "LEVEL 5".
The brightness changes to show the level.
(_) Press and hold [A] and [B] at the same time to
exit the setting mode.
Change this settingto listen to software recordedwithDolby Digital
at low volume (such as late at night) and maintain audio clarity. It
reduces the peak level in loud scenes without affecting the sound
field.
OFF: The software is played with the original dynamic range
(factorysetting).
STANDARD: The level recommended by the producer of the
software for household viewing.
MAX: The maximum allowable compression (recommended for
night viewing).
