Hard Disk Drive
C Pull the tab (C) of the hard disk drive and slide it out of the slot.

A Insert the hard disk drive until it surely fits in the slot.
B Close the cover and slide the latches (D and E) back to lock the cover.
4 Insert the battery pack (Î page 31).

CAUTION
z Confirm that the latches are surely locked so that it does not fall when you carry the computer.
NOTE

You can erase the data before changing the hard disk drive (Î page 117).
z You can check that the hard disk is recognized or not in the [Information] menu of the Setup Utility (Î page 95). If the
hard disk is not recognized, turn off the computer and insert it again.
