  If copy paper won't come out of your Panasonic Interactive whiteboard, here's what to check: * Make sure the unit has copy paper or thermal transfer film. If the Error Indicator is flashing, insert copy paper or replace the thermal transfer film. * Ensure the printer door and the paper cover are firmly closed until you hear a click. If the Error Indicator is flashing, close the printer door firmly until a click is heard and close the paper cover firmly until a click is heard. * Check for jammed paper inside the printer. If the Error Indicator is flashing, open the printer door and remove the jammed paper. * The platen roller and pick-up roller may be dirty. Open the printer door and wipe the platen roller and the pick-up roller to clean them.

  If the USB or printer driver isn't working correctly right after software installation, the Panaboard might not be registered in [Control Panel]–[Scanners and Cameras] and [Printers]. Run “UB5-7\Uninstall\UB5-7Uninst.exe” from the CD-ROM to uninstall the drivers, then reinstall them.
