      The sound level may be low on your Panasonic Interactive whiteboard for several reasons: * The volume level of the elite Panaboard is low, so adjust the volume using the volume dial. * The volume of your computer is low or set to mute, so adjust the volume using the volume control in the notification area, or uncheck the mute setting. * The volume of the application is low, so adjust the volume of the application (e.g. Windows Media Player). * The connection between the external audio input port and the VCR or DVD player etc. is not correct, so securely connect the external audio input port and the VCR or DVD player etc.

      If you're seeing extra lines displayed on the computer screen while using the Panasonic Interactive whiteboard, it might be because apart from writing directly on the elite Panaboard with the electronic pen, you pushed the penpoint with your finger while holding it close to the elite Panaboard. Avoid pushing the penpoint with your finger.
