OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Controls and Functions
This section describes the popper controls and indicator lights. Reference the control panel image
located at the end of this section.
CABINET LIGHTS: ..........................................................Turns on the Presentation Lamps, lighting the
area for better food display.
KETTLE: .......................................................................Begins heating the kettle featuring heater
arrangement, which optimizes popping process.
STIRRER: .....................................................................Activates the motor which evenly distributes
kernels with oil, seasoning, and heat to create
the best product possible. For best results, the
STIRRER switch MUST be ON when there is
popcorn (popped or un-popped) in the kettle.
EXHAUST: ...................................................................Activates the exhaust blower, allowing air
above the kettle to be drawn through the
filtration system before being directed out the
top of the machine.
WARMER: ...................................................................Powers the Built-in Warming Deck to keep
popped popcorn warm and crisp after kettle
popping.
SIGN: ..........................................................................Enables power to the top display sign(s).
OIL: .............................................................................Controls the oil dispensing for BIB (if equipped).

AUTODUMP: ...............................................................Activates the automatically dumping kettle to
empty the popped popcorn from the kettle (if
equipped).
WAIT/READY INDICATORS: ..........................................Light during popping to indicate when the kettle
is heated up and ready to add popcorn
