Step

Remove pump shaft and
bearing assembly
1. Tap top of shaft with a rubber mallet to
loosen.
Remove shaft and bearing
Remove trunnion arm
Once shaft is free from the housing
assembly, remove the shaft seal.
2. Pull pump shaft out of top of pump
housing
3. Keep assembly level, HT-1000™ to
avoid
damaging shaft and housing.
1. Gently push trunnion arm with hand.
2. Pull trunnion arm out from inside of
pump.
Remove trunnion arm seal Position the at edge of a screwdriver under
the lip of seal and lift outward.
Be careful not to score the edges of
housing while removing trunnion arm seal.
