Disassemble the Motor
Remove two (2) end cover
O-rings.
Remove three end cover bolts
Using a screwdriver or a pick, slide the two
O-rings out from cover grooves.
Be careful not to scratch the end cover
O-ring sealing surfaces.
Mark the motor in a V-pattern before
disassembly to ensure the parts are put back
in the correct order.
1. Loosen bolts with a 9/16” socket.
2. Inspect bolts for damage.
Separate the end cover from
the commutator ring.
