Reassembly
Step
InstructionIllustration
Install side cover. Place side cover on top of gasket and align
the screw holes.
Install side cover screws. Place self-tapping screws in all ve locations
and hand tighten.
Torque side cover screws.
Install pulley.
Install fan.
Place pulley onto pump shaft.
1. Starting at position one, torque to
24-36 in-lbs.
2. Repeat process following numbers on
side cover plate.
3. Torque all to 48-72 in-lbs.
Place the fan with the tabs pointing up onto
the pump shaft.
Install nut. 1. Install nut
2. Apply thread locker to the threads on the
nut. (Type 243)
